Phrazl has three plans: a Free preview at no cost, a Trip pack at £6.99 once, and a Full bundle at £16.99 once. This article sets out what each one includes, the limits on it, and how you move between them.

You need this when the free phrases have run out and you are deciding what to pay, or when a second trip lands in the diary and you are working out whether to buy another destination or the lot.
There are three plans. The Free preview costs nothing. The Trip pack is £6.99, paid once. The Full bundle is £16.99, paid once. Neither paid plan is a subscription, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Free preview, free
A traveller checking whether a trip-shaped curriculum beats the app they abandoned. It includes the three-step trip setup, audio on every preview phrase, and the departure countdown and review schedule.
Trip pack, £6.99 once
An adult with one trip booked in the next one to six months to a single destination. It includes the curriculum in trip-relevance order, all three learning modes, AI-voice audio on every phrase at normal or slowed speed, a written pronunciation guide, the review schedule that compresses to departure, the trip readiness bar with no streaks, and £3 off your next destination.
Full bundle, £16.99 once
A frequent traveller with more than one trip ahead. It carries everything in the Trip pack across every destination covered, lets you set up new trips with no further purchase, and keeps the same departure-calibrated review schedule.
Choosing a plan and moving between them
- Say the free twenty out loud first
Set up a trip and work through the first 20 phrases of your set at no cost. The Free preview covers one trip set up, with audio on every preview phrase and the countdown already running.
- Count your destinations
One place to go, one Trip pack at £6.99. Two or more places, or every language on the list, and the Full bundle at £16.99 is the one that covers them without a further purchase.
- Count your scenarios
A Trip pack covers up to three of the five scenarios on one destination. The Full bundle covers all five.
- Pay once at the trip's checkout
Checkout is a one-time card payment through Stripe. Stripe collects your billing address to work out UK VAT, and purchases are open to customers in the United Kingdom for now.
- Check what you own on the account screen
The account screen lists the trip packs attached to your account, so you can confirm the purchase landed before you go back to practising.
- Add a destination later
After a Trip pack, your next destination is £3 cheaper, so the next pack is £3.99. If the list of places keeps growing, the Full bundle is the plan that stops you buying them one at a time.
What to do next, or if it did not work
If you have paid and the phrases are still locked, open your account screen and confirm the pack is listed there. If it is not, send a support request from that screen or email support@phrazl.com and we will sort out the purchase.

Is Phrazl a subscription?
No. The Trip pack at £6.99 and the Full bundle at £16.99 are each paid once. The Free preview costs nothing.
How much is a second destination?
A Trip pack gives you £3 off your next destination, so the next pack is £3.99.
Which plan do I need for two trips?
The Full bundle. It covers all 10 languages and all 5 scenarios, and lets you set up new trips with no further purchase.
How many phrases do I get?
The Free preview gives the first 20 phrases of your trip. A Trip pack is 200 to 300 phrases, 150 essentials plus 50 per scenario. The Full bundle goes up to 400 per destination.
Can I practise without a connection?
No. Offline use is not included with the Trip pack or the Full bundle.
Can I buy from outside the United Kingdom?
Purchases are open to customers in the United Kingdom for now. Stripe collects your billing address at checkout to work out UK VAT.
Where do I see what I have bought?
On your account screen, which lists the trip packs you own. The account screen article walks through it.
